I think he’s deeply uninspiring - as he was as captain - but I had hoped he’d got us in a good place. Confidence in that has taken a big dip. Equally though - things can turn around quickly in sport (as the last two weeks show). This does feel concerning though.

Absolutely. I guess what separates out the teams on form - or at least able to adapt on the go - is the ability to spot the issues quickly and switch up fast rather than wait for another couple of chances to go begging as often that’s all you get and momentum is crucial.

Yeah - feels like you don’t have to be off by much to be off by a long way on the scoreboard. Was hoping Scotland was a blip. Feels like a slump. Hopefully we can get things back on track. But next two matches will be tough. Think there have to be some changes but malaise seemed pretty general today
