Although HIV treatment failure on long-acting injectables is rare (1.3%), it can lead to resistance mutations that may limit future treatment options.

It really is staggering to see so many people willing to abandon our 249 year experiment in democracy for an increasingly unstable criminally convicted reality show charlatan.

At first I wasn't sure if what was happening was linked to a recent vaccination. The continued temp yo-yo here is not helping me be sure either way.
We do still have a lot of pollinators visiting here, though plants still in flower seem to be starting to feel the night temp dips.
Your vote has impacts years later.
Your no vote causes harm for years. And it can take decades to force change.
It’s simple and true: vote every time. That’s the only way change happens.

Harm reduction is about personal and situational risk-related behaviors, not which marginalized population we are willing to sacrifice politically.
The Bay Area Reporter front page, 13 August 1998. The headline ‘No obits’ is written in red above the lead story.
27 years ago, two years after the introduction of effective HIV treatment, the Bay Area Reporter, San Francisco’s lesbian and gay community newspaper, ran ‘No Obits’ as its headline.
It was the first edition not to report an AIDS death in almost 15 years.
Have we considered paying educators more? Is this a thing that has been tried yet? If not, maybe we should give it a whirl.

The cover image of the Winter 1996 issue of "Anything That Moves: The Magazine for the Bisexual At Large, Covering Gender and Sexuality Prix Fixe to A La Carte". There are three people on the cover standing side by side -- a Black woman with short spiky hair and dark-rimmed glasses, a white or Latina woman with short dark hair wearing a jacket and tie, and a white man with a thin face and a shaggy blond haircut wearing a dark vest. They are holding up the Newsweek "Bisexuality" issue (which also has three people standing side by side on the cover) and looking at it with puzzled and skeptical expressions.
Today is the 30th anniversary of the Day that Newsweek Discovered Bisexuality. To mark the occasion, I’m going to tell you all a little story.
