Agreed. Because the story of US voting patterns is all about Whiteness- and the promises made to uphold it. Some folks think that the required White Terrorism and the poor governing that impoverishes everything it touches is clearly stupid. Others pretend they didn't know/understand. We all know.

I will know that we are on our why once "white" people begin to reject the label/status, and move instead toward....something else. At this point, we can assume that anyone who clings to whiteness knows exactly what they are supporting. And they are good with it.
