Looks like Obsidian has a plugin called Ink that lets you handwrite within an existing Obsidian file. Might go with that and just get whatever tablet makes sense.

Part of me wants to crack down on myself and recommit to the paper journal and integrating it into what I'm doing, but at this point it's mostly for free writing. And the other part wants to submit to Everything's Computer

Does anyone have a tablet + pen setup they like? I've been using Moleskine journals for the past 20 years — either for my agenda, or what I'm reading, or whatever. But as I've shifted my to-dos and notes to digital (I use Obsidian), I find I both use it less and don't transfer notes over.

I think this is a sharp proposal: huge hospital systems in WI charge private insurers over 4x what Medicare pays. Capping those prices at 3x or even 2x of Medicare creates big savings — which can be invested in Medicaid to draw down federal funds & increase provider reimbursement
