This is oddly specific, but a popular science communicator that I usually quite like has made some recent comments and SM posts about food and how it's "too palatable." I feel like it's leading to a longer piece about fatness. His audience is massive and skews young. I really hope I'm wrong.

Just endometriosis things: wake up in the middle of the night with a brief wave of nausea and vertigo. Weird, stay awake for a while in case it's food poisoning? Nah. The ovary pain starts an hour later when just falling back asleep. Aha! Fall back asleep but have vivid lucid dreams until morning. 🤷🏻‍♀️
