This is the day I met my hero, Ricky Henderson. I was invited to his box by a common friend and hung out with Ricky, Dave Stewart, David Justice, and Dick Green(!). Before this picture was taken, I told Ricky, "Make love to the camera." His laughter and this picture are lifetime memories. RIP GOAT.

He was also the best linebacker to come out of the Oakland high school league. Incredible athlete and one of the greatest guys you could ever meet. He was a genuinely good guy. RIP Hero.
