For this damage, insurance should cover (most) of it, but small claims can't make them remove/ make safe the rest of it.

The house is rented out through a letting agency from a private landlord. Our neighbour in-between has previously attempted to get in touch with them to do something about it, but they're just not interested. #grrrr

Another storm, and more substantial bits of The Tree has landed in our and our neighbours' garden. We're on to insurance (doesn't cover fences) and Sandwell Council ("not our problem"). Most of it is still standing and dangerous - who do we get to fix this before there's serious damage or injury?
