I am going to give a shout out to my favorite library *system* which is California's link+, a very easy to use interlibrary loan. I've only managed to find one or two titles that I could not obtain, they were both obscure academic anthologies.

Also the right level of complexity. Especially for philosophy and history, books are often overly detailed, summaries too summary, lecture is goldilocks. Realized this from listening to Mike Duncan initially (podcast as lecture), but also Q. Skinner, Paul Fry, various Great Courses lecturers.
