My father has in his memory a film from probably the early 1960s seemingly tapping into the rock n roll exploitation era where a father comes home to find his daughter having a party and she introduces him to her friend who they call “Exit… because he’s ’way out’”.

He saw as he was walked in the evening down where the offices met the restaurants a man who finished a cigarette and dropped it on the ground and immediately shoved a vape in his mouth and kept on puffing.
