My mom worked in the mortgage department of a bank and their policy was that a 7 or below was failing and grounds for manager review and reducing commission. I personally think a 7 after coming into contact with the home financing world is the equivalent of dancing in the street.

I think the idea that we should be thrilled by every experience and transaction is actually pretty harmful. Especially if they are using those surveys for employee performance reviews. The process of getting a home loan is not going to be “fun” it’s a chore! No one is giving the experience a 10/10
