This is what we have (it’s apparently been sitting on a table in his office all this time).

*we were hoping for a skeleton and a bag of money, but it’s just…nothing. On the plus side, that means we gain a LOT of vertical space once we can redo the kitchen!

We haven’t used it. We were going to drill a discreet hole in the kitchen ceiling to see if anything* was up there to explain why someone dropped it 3’. Then we got distracted. Then we had to replace a light fixture so we got a good look then.

Yes!!!! I’ve piddled about with it for decades, but never tried very hard. Then I bought my dream house and got settled enough to plant some things. Then I planted some dahlias and lost my mind. Now I’m all in and learning better patience and humility the hard way (and loving every bit of it)!

I started gardening in earnest last year at 51 years old to help unlearn that lesson!!

Anyone Can Whistle will always have my heart. Cabaret is my runner up (I’ve played Sally twice, so….)
