One of the things that's key in a building is navigation. From the entry you should see exactly where to go. From there the next point should be visible etc. even if this means flying stairs and hovering program CHUNKS, whatever!

There is however a dual need for both cheap (but nice), simple housing, AND iconic cultural buildings which create a sense of local identity. Those buildings, if paid by the state though should still WORK. It's possible, if the building isn't treated as a brand
