Anyway, thanks for another great season of coverage. Your analysis is always my favorite (especially as a fellow 100-year-old strategy-minded fan).

23.12.2025 17:27 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Savannah didnβt tie the record for most fires made. Challenges were her superpower! Thatβs why keeping Sage was the right move. You throw everything you can at that F4 challenge to maximize your chances of stopping her. Donβt overthink the fire, where she was as mortal as anyone else.
23.12.2025 17:25 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0will Rizo finally play his idol at 5 or will he just do another fake play and cackle back to the bench?
11.12.2025 19:35 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Is it bad game design to put a vote block that works like that and KIP that works as it does into the game together? Did they WANT the KIP to fail on a timing technicality?!
11.12.2025 19:34 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0That was her very bad move, and she was so proud of it, and Jawan was flexing on the jury over it, ridiculous LMAO
11.12.2025 19:31 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Optimal play would ofc be to not vote the obvious person, but people donβt always play optimally and sometimes theyβd rather take the shot. I got the impression it was well into the cycle when idol suspicions boiled over and they finally switched off Steven. idk, maybe that wasnβt the case.
10.12.2025 22:39 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Nowβ¦if Yellow Sophie indeed defects, the other side will learn they donβt have Jawan and Sage and know itβs 4-4. So they use Savannahβs extra vote; well, this plan beats the extra vote. If you donβt know about the extra vote, you probably just think the idol is coming out, this plan beats that too!
09.12.2025 22:12 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0does it make sense? it factually came like an hour away from happening, so I think it must. Sage (and Steven before her) just had to keep quiet about that idol!
09.12.2025 22:07 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0And:
Steven thought they had Sage/Jawan with them: correct. Unsure about Yellow Sophie: also correct.
the idol plan makes sense if you have Jawan and Sage but not Sophie, because thatβs a 4-4. so play the idol and couch for Rizoβs counter play. That wouldβve been an amazing 1-0 outcome on Rizo.
since it came up again: Kristinaβs idol plan relied on the other side not factoring in a possible idol...and they werenβt! they really WERE voting Steven until very late. It came so close to working! if only Sage hadnβt hinted to Yellow Sophie sending the Sophs into Kristinaβs bag, I think it works.
09.12.2025 21:58 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Really curious why Walker Kessler doesn't go earlier in drafts for those looking to fill center categories. Can't do much better than the #2 shot blocker and #5 rebounder, but Myles Turner goes 3-11 and Kessler goes 45 picks later at 7-8. What am I missing? What he lacks in PPG he makes up in FG%.
08.10.2025 14:18 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Israel is starving Evyatar David so actually this makes sense.
07.10.2025 15:36 β π 8 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Loved the debate on the FIC and F3vF2. Great example of the fact that reasonable minds can disagree sometimes!
26.09.2025 12:13 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Oh gosh, my wife and I went through a miscarriage and I thought, we'll try again... but then we couldn't get pregnant again, and it was very difficult journey. Thankfully it (eventually) ended with a joyful little girl! I really feel you and I'm excited for you to have a happy outcome too.
23.09.2025 19:38 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Has Rob not seen All-Stars?? That's where it was headed if Kirby didn't pull that impossible David move off.
28.08.2025 19:52 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Look at all the lies they tell about Israel's genocide in Gaza, right? Sometimes with the lies about North Korea, they don't even try, they report the most preposterous tales about people getting blown up in space for having the wrong haircut. You can't believe that stuff, so what's true?
26.08.2025 18:16 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I think this recent Australian Survivor run has been the best stretch ever of the best show ever, so I am REELING over the loss of both David Forster as EP and now JLP as Host. WHAT?!
30.06.2025 13:10 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Kinda frustrated the editors hid Joe in that FTC since he was the main character, but based on the jury all being Kamilla fans it feels like being in the dominant alliance was a negative for them (with a possible exception for Shauhin, or at least his confessionals were a hint Joe could be beaten).
22.05.2025 03:08 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Mary is #3, so thereβs a combo of spited insiders and frustrated outsiders. I agree Joe most earned the win, but has there ever been a finalist who speaks to stuff that was flat out invented, like Shauhinβs idol, to explain a vote? Heβll look so foolish and David will have 1000 told-you-soβs ready.
21.05.2025 11:06 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Joeβs achieved an all-time steamroll but heβs entering FTC in a tricky spot. He voted 3 allies onto the jury, and in defending those votes heβll expose that he got playedβthatβll give the players he froze out of the game permission to vote against him. Even if he speaks well to his game he can lose!
20.05.2025 20:41 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0He's not running against Trump. It's a Democratic primary for mayor of NYC.
Genuinely baffled as to what prompted you to say this.
Also self-claims as a former D&D/LF poster. He ran for a state seat in Minnesota and lost.
23.04.2025 13:22 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Thereβs no way anyone would receive your brotherβs truth bomb idea well, but maybe something softer could work, like saying it straight up doesnβt matter who they take, they have the exact same odds regardless, either the jury respects their game or not.
Thanks for the great season of coverage!
Then the pizza gets cold. :)
Someone always will eventually if they literally have to. Some maybe were on the fence already. Sequester finalists during deliberation; bring them back out if stuck too long. Logistically I wonder how much time they have before flights etc. but this would be so fun.
Jurors go up and vote, JLP counts them out, and itβs a draw. How about if after that, itβs an open jury discussion until someone changes their mind? Jury can revote whenever theyβre ready, repeat if needed. I think this could lead to some legendary TV moments where someone gets flipped or cracks.
12.04.2025 23:02 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I donβt really agree. She did intend to vote with him at the swap tribe. Her random vote for him in cursive was just messing with him, not a declaration of war.
11.04.2025 20:30 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I mean, so much of that is just caused by Mary's SitD hitting which was outside of his control. Then he really did get new info about Justin's lost vote, pretty extraordinary circumstance; I agree flipping was a misplay but ultimately it wasn't his demise and I think Sai would've worked with him.
11.04.2025 16:18 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Drawback of the split tribal as there was not a lot of time or room for Cedrek to find space. I think he'd stay over Mitch or Sai and be able to start building relationships if that was a possibility.
11.04.2025 14:57 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The only fault that lies with Cedrek, I think, is his poor challenge ability contributing to the loss of a lot of potential allies.
Everyone in both his premerge tribes wanted to work with him, and he was only voted out here because he'd never played with the people that built the power structure.
@chappellskickback.bsky.social is always good but he really got me fired up with this one. Rocks, rocks, rocks!!! Rocks, rocks, rocks! πͺ¨ πͺ¨ πͺ¨
