They did their best to endanger public safety by turning marchers back after crossing the bridge, while masses were still moving in the opposite direction. Then when we got back to Wynyard, the station was shut. “Feared the worse” my arse they were out to make trouble.

It really felt like the cops were doing their best to fuck with the protest however they could, giving confusing instructions, being really intimidating, using horses in some unsafe ways, repeatedly blocking and directing people. The crowd was really lovely and civil, lots of community care
