The classic Analysis Resource also contains B Cell Epitope Prediction Tools (tools.iedb.org/main/bcell/) and Joakim Clifford from the Denmark Technical University next discussed these tools. We are busy implementing B cell predictions to the Next-Gen site - stayed tuned in early 2026! #iedbuw2025

Our Leidos collaborator, Kelly Wheeler, discussed how to download the data in the IEDB via the Custom Exports in the web interface, or programatically using our Application Programming Interface (API). We try to cater to all approaches, making it easy for our users to download IEDB data! #iedbuw2025

To start this work, Syandrez performed a meta-analysis of known epitopes 🖥️ (using the fantastic resource IEDB @iedb.bsky.social) and investigated what is already known about:
- viral proteome coverage 🧫
- HLA-restriction 🧬
- conservation of epitopes across types (high and low risk) 🌴
