Also, bring some sugary snacks for some quick energy MOVE Jumping jacks, run in place, do a dance. Keeping your body moving is the best way to stay warm. Put hand and foot warmers on top of your hands/feet. That's where the most blood flows. Mittens are much better than gloves, keep those fingers together!
