It shouldn’t be normal to feel like I have to beg or convince people to spend time with me. I don’t know why I’ve let myself get used to feeling like this.

I need to make new friends who actually like me. It’s crazy how many people pretend to like or tolerate me within my perceived friendships. I’m often feeling under-appreciated or unwelcome.

I’ve been needing to shoot content all week and haven’t been able to convince myself to do that - on top of binge eating… I’m feeling bit heavy this week.
