Support So we've been using an Al agent since November to answer leadership questions about metrics. It seemed amazing at first fast answers, detailed explanations, everyone loved it. I just found out it's been hallucinating numbers this entire time. Our VP of sales made territory decisions based on data that didn't exist. Our CFO showed the board a deck with fake insights. The Al was just inventing plausible sounding percentages. I only caught it by accident when someone asked me to double check something. I started digging, and holy shit, it's bad.

However, defense attorneys have signaled that a key issue at trial could be the agent's "decision and motivation to drive his vehicle into a crowd of more than 50 individuals who were peacefully protesting the documented atrocities occurring inside the Broadview facility." They've noted that no other protester has faced criminal charges for such conduct. They say progressive politics and criticism of the Trump administration "are the only ties that bind" the six defendants.

Criminalizing protest is a hallmark of repression. This case isn’t isolated. It’s part of a broader effort to silence dissent and erode democracy.

But despite the administration’s best efforts, we’re going to win.

*OPTION THREE*
Some combination of one and two.

*OPTION TWO*
• Eat at meal that’s not as balanced
• But eat it slowly
• And without distractions
• And stop when full

You can still stop when full with unbalanced meals, or just takes more effort and skill.

*OPTION ONE*
Eat a balanced-ish meal
- 25% of your plate protein
- 25% of your plate carbohydrates
- like 50% vegetables or fruit
- A serving or two of fat

Something that looks kind of like the Harvard School of Public Health’s “Healthy Eating Plate.”

I often recommend people eat something balanced-ish. But it’s only because it’s more filling for less total food energy.

Pragmatically it works.

But it’s not the only way to make a meal work.

Eating choices get a lot easier when you realize there isn’t some magic macro ratio diet rule.

Balanced-ish meals work because they help you feel more full. That’s it.

Then, you can totally eat unbalanced meals, if you’re willing to put more effort into noticing when full and stopping.
