Huge get, here. I know a lot of people will tell you to "eat shit" and "get fucked" but I think it's a good lesson in why it's important for a science reporter to be sourced up in the Anonymous Twitter Eugenicist community. So you can write important stories like this in the New York Times.

Four very strange things:

- Opting to not name a polemicist source who's already been identified;
- Opting to publish despite not getting in;
- Opting to publish despite no repetition in any of his campaigns.

The thing I can't get over, with the Zohran NYT story, is that the article just doesn't say anything. There is no news. I have a lot of critiques of the Times, you all see me post them, but I have never before seen a story that just actually has no news item or obvious takeaway at all

This story should not have been published. They hint at an accusation (Mamdani said he is black to get into a fancy college) they can't back up. That this was published tells me that Mamdani's most important opponent may not be Cuomo or Adams but a paper whose NEWS section will run stuff like this.
