The thing I'll add to this, because I was on the road and couldn't, is that AI's compute demand will outstrip its compute capabilities. There is a point where those data centers will need to be built at a yearly pace demanding somewhere between Australia and Canada's annual GDP.

The targeting is really disturbing. Sound is notoriously finicky. Wind speed and direction (including microgusts) and heat (including thermal pockets) will all change the vector of incoming sound. Unless any target sites are really sparse and spread out, the targeting isn't targeting at all.
