My issue has been going on for 8 months also! I think it may be resolved now, but time will tell

Unfortunately they are the only option where I live. I've spent about 5 hours (spread across multiple days) trying to get my issue resolved. I've had to explain it from the beginning about 10 times to 10 different people. It's maddening.
