Portland police are again orbiting the ICE building in their Cessna 182, now at about 4,000 MSL. Took off at 1749.

At 2200 it looks like they have found more important things to do eastside.

Over the past few days, they’re typically in the air for 3-4.5 hours. Takeoff tonight was 1853.

I would speculate that it’s flight testing, but that is only a guess.

By “replaced”, I don’t mean to say I have any information that the local and federal agencies are coordinating. I saw the 206 earlier, then later “nocallsign”. I was imprecise.

Now Portland police have been replaced by one of the "no callsign" aircraft we saw over LA that turned out to be fed spy drones.
