I wanna try fly fishing but I don't want to catch anything, just sit outside on the water, craft little bugs with the bros, and show them off to the fishies; art is for everyone

Everything. Else. Is. A. Galaxy.

I don't know what's up but I feel like I'm on the verge of losing it. Is the crushing weight of everything finally getting to me?

So a bunch of settlers are worried that conservation efforts led by INDIGENOUS PEOPLE will lead to control of the land by a bunch of outsiders?

Did @theeagleist.bsky.social write this?

The complete lack of self-awareness of these people...

It's crazy because when you're a kid it's like "that guy is my best friend because he lives on my street :)" but as an adult I feel like I have no business talking to my neighbors (which is bad! I need to work on that!)

CSIS alleges India organized support for Poilievre’s 2022 Conservative leadership bid Agency’s assessment does not point to a highly organized effort or indicate the Conservative leader’s circle knew of the actions, source says

β€œCSIS did not share this information with Mr. Poilievre, the source said, because he does not have the necessary security clearance to access secret documents and receive classified briefings on foreign-interference activities in Canada.”

If Palestine is the litmus test everybody has failed it, so it's not a surprise the West is in a dire State. The same men bombing brown & Black people indiscriminately will also snatch your white elderly Mom's social security. That's why fighting for rights can't be selective. Everybody or nobody.

THAT SAME TECH EXEC IN 2025: The greatest existential threat to humanity is the ability for women to talk back to me

Really hard to strike that balance but the best thing you can do for you and everyone around you is to move forward better. Your good memories are good memories and that's all they'll be in the future. Cherish them, but know you don't get them back. You do, however, get your next decade.

I hear ya. It's honestly totally normal for stuff like that to pop up. I really struggle with "no one owes you forgiveness" because in my mind that's true but people I've hurt *deserve* an apology, but like, they also deserve to think "fuck her, I'm moving on" without me disrupting that.

04.03.2025 23:23 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

If you can learn something, do. Like "oh that was a shitty thing I did, I should be better" or "I shouldn't let people treat me like that" or whatever it may be. For me, this is usually some kind of unresolved guilt or pain, but healing is slow and you just gotta process. 2/2

You've phrased this in such a way that the only advice given is solicited HOWEVER
Don't make anything of it. It's okay to miss people and things and relationships from your past, but your future is not that direction. 1/2
