Me, almost 40, trying to regain control of my life after an incredibly stressful week, both personally and ~ the whole world ~ : "Ah, let me try a relaxing skincare regimen that feels both like self-care and productive."

My face, also almost 40: "Ok, yeah, I'm going to burn right off now."

I think a reporter in the Bahamas would’ve asked him about it and he would’ve said “What snowstorm?” OR maybe drove down in Eastern Parkway in a zamboni, throwing salt out like he’s in a parade.

I do bet their five year old didn’t yell “FUCK” when he dropped something in the Children’s Museum though, so maybe…they are better than me.

There’s just definitely some nefarious toxic positivity driven by some potentially other nefarious subculture that gives me the heebie jeebies. And also, you’re not better than me!!

Tonight, I pulled out thousand year old oil pastels and made a silly little (complimentary) wine glass for these Silly Little Times (derogatory).

For clarity, this is not me “handing it” to the cops. Just gotta be clear on that.

So if I go through an autism evaluation and it confirms my 99% certainty that I am indeed autistic, do I need to call everyone I’ve ever had a relationship with and be like “Ok, so…” or what?

I know multiple private pre-schools in our neighborhood that are GREAT schools who all tried to enroll in the universal 3K program but were rejected due to resources. So my hope is that they really just need to pump those programs with some cash.

3K isn’t really universal right now, that’s true! We had the same issues—luckily we did get into a publicly funded preschool through the preschool special education program, but that was honestly a whole slog. I’m hoping the funding helps too, I think that’s honestly all it’s lacking.

I’ve simply been navigating the ins and outs of New York City Public Schools for too long* now 🚬💀

I do think there may have been some budget expansion for 3K, but I don’t think that’s going to kick in until next year—someone can correct me if I’m wrong though.

This is an amazing use of sharing important community information but heads up y’all, this program was already in place in NYC!
