Watching THE PITT in light of all we've lately been bombarded with -- Epstein, Bondi, ICE, etc -- it's heartening to watch a show about people whose lives are devoted to helping others. I know it's fiction but that's been exactly my real life experience with medical staff, and my fellow Minnesotans.

If you're in central Texas & you have room to house a shelter dog in a spare room Friday - Mon/Tues, area shelters would love your help getting dogs out of outdoor kennels and into homes for a brief break. You don't have to do a lot with them, just let them decompress while we wait out the weather.

Seeing this murder from multiple angles and then watching the people in charge blatantly lie about it makes every claim that a use of force was justified less credible. Qualified law-enforcement professionals should be absolutely pissed off.
