Liam was taken from Columbia Heights, the town just south of my high school in Fridley and just north of the Arts district in NE Minneapolis. I spent a lot of time with friends there after extracurriculars. News of his abduction completely broke my heart. I’m glad he’s home. #Comics4Liam

My hot take about the “students cannot read whole novels / watch whole films / etc.” is that they can learn to do it. None of us are born with attention spans suited for long media. It is a learned skill and can be developed with practice.

Completely shocked by the sudden loss of Catherine O’Hara, one of the funniest and most talented people on this planet.

As a massive fan of The Nightmare Before Christmas, I couldn't think of a better send off than her performance of Sally's Song.

Happy with the reception of this, and appreciate any cartoonists inconvenienced making an effort not to center themselves and the disruption the short notice caused. HCD is a fun creative exercise but uplifting the Black members of our comic community is far more important!

This did not start with ICE or Trump, as always with Trump/MAGA its just a more blatant & egregious version of something that's been wrong in America for a very long time, and we have not had political leaders able to step up and meet the moment for all of that time

just gonna throw out a quick reminder that in America police kill a yearly average of 3 civilians per day, routinely in situations very similar to these ICE killings, and decades of explicit support for police impunity by US politicians is why ICE feels theyre able to get away with this right now
