The suburbs of Alkmaar in the Netherlands have a huge network of protected cycle tracks which allows anyone, of any age or ability, to safely and comfortably get around their neighbourhood. Here is a small section of them, at X3 the speed.

Valencia does not have state-of-the-art cycling infrastructure, but itโs adequate. Separated cycle lanes always bypass bus stops. Thereโs no major problem and pedestrians crossing are respected by cyclists.
