it is nice for this video to get a little love, because it was supposed to be a silly fun thing, but I had to make it during one of the worst periods of my life, and I had a million tech problems, and it's taken over a year before I can even think about it without wincing

Not really beating, but what helped me a little was forcing some kind of morning routine. I gotta get out of bed to turn off my alarm, then take my meds (right next to it) which means I also need to leave the room to get some water. That's my first minute of the day, seven days a week (1/2)

Just adding context as a german, BILD is an absolutely rancid rag that holds the record for receiving the most reprimands from the german press council, I think it's around 30% of them.
Bild publishing this didn't become nearly as much of a scandal in Germany as it should've been
