I just love this! I bought 4 silk/cotton pillowcases from a charity shop (thrift store) about 15 years ago. SOOO pretty so practical, so soft! They are just giving up now. Every time you find one of these quality buys for a dollar you're putting so much more back in your pocket over the next decade.

They are valid questions. Yes we keep veggies & chillis & herbs . Powdering reduces contact with air & so oxygenation O/H is vegetarian, & a great chef. I'm a super-taster & complainer if anything is bland😆 We use for soups pies and flavourings to add to sauces or pates to thicken & flavour them.

I'm an obsessive crafter. I make miniatures until I'm totally sick of them then I move on to another mini project. I'm on 100 day challenge. Currently making mini cosmos in every colour. I want to have every flower/leaf/colour available for Bridal bouquet replicas in 12th scale.

If I was to make a claim that my daughter has a super power it would be how she is an expert at nailing everything on this poster. Having started her own life and family, while she does care about waste & the environment, affordability pressures has made her a frugal thrifting upcycling pro. 👍

Now this really IS a great Frugal tip. My favourites are vegetable powders which (if I buy. I often grow dehydrate and powder) I vac seal and put most in the freezer bottom. They last for YEARS just top up your jar and re seal. My favourite is celery root powder. #TheFrugalistBook
