Ive tried 2x vyvanse, but the doses werent enough individually and in Australia you can’t get more than about 75mg total of CNS a day without a lot of paperwork. I’ve also tried Vyvanse + Ritalin LR.

I have successfully been on Vyvanse 60 + 3x 5mg dexamfetamine for a few years. I had everything reduced and switched to ritalin for last six months and just switched back yesterday. Def better
