And oddly enough we tend to be able to get care in an ER when we are traveling abroad. Why should healthcare not be available for those who need it? I’ve gotten healthcare on more than one occasion when I wasn’t on US soil, should that not have been an option? This is the height of stupidity.

Are we determined to tell people never to come to the United States of America because if anything happens to them that requires them to get health care that they won’t even be allowed access to our Emergency Departments?

DOJ has sued 8 states for refusing to turn over their full, unreacted voter files. My team has now filed motions to defend those states against this attack on federalism in 6 of those states: ME, MI, MN, NH, OR and PA.

I suggest that tomorrow DOJ monitor the docket in the remaining two: CA and NY.
