Not the first time I've heard that (paraphrased and bizarre) attitude.
What's 'unprofessional' is prejudice against marginalised groups, minorities, disabled and neurodivergent people.

I hope @teamlabouruk.bsky.social takes a leftward turn and clearly, unequivocally state that we all contribute to society through our humanity and in countless ways-from caring to creativity. Fetishising #work as a cure is dangerous on so many levels, not least to individual souls.

It’s said that many #autistic people have excellent pattern recognition. For me it’s also pattern *seeking*. I hate when something seems like it should fit a pattern but doesn’t. Makes my brain itch. Can’t stop trying to make it fit (tho impossible). Any autistic folks know what I’m talking about?
