The really annoying thing is that this season has felt so open. That if we'd had Isak and built on that squad we could have easily been up there pressuring like Villa.

Yep. We've had too long of 'the plan' without the action. Yes, we've had money to spend, but we've never had the structure in place behind the scenes to make the most of that. Whether that's director of football, clear future for training grounds and stadium, or commercial deals to support wages

As I've said, think there needs to be a shake up. In terms of team, in terms of the plan, stadium, sponsorships.

Think no matter what happens at the end of the season, we need a full clear out. All GKs, Kraft, Tripps, Schar, Willock, Osula.

We're just too old and tired. Leading to too many mistakes, not enough drive, not enough pressing.

Honestly if we had him at his goalscoring best, Ramsey playing well and Elanga starting to find form we could finish strong this season. I just hope this isn't the classic NUFC CL performance that we never see in the PL

Think this is why we need a number 10 or a creative, goalscoring midfielder.

Think it's a mix of bad luck and style of play. The high press with a limited squad will eventually lead to tiredness, over exertion and injuries
