Shit, I've been in front of judges that don't even like doing court during normal business hours. 7pm on a Sunday is just asking for it.

Yeah--for me it's deal with court and/or do a bunch of research/writing/prep for court, play kid taxi, do dinner, etc, and I'm usually pretty well cooked. And that's before even dealing with the world...

Otherwise, it's not particularly notable. Tosk and the hunters never appear again, and aren't significant at all, but the basic story is well done.

Continuing my world's slowest rewatch of DS9 with "Captive Pursuit," because every franchise has gotta do a "Most Dangerous Game" riff. It's a rare O'Brien focused episode where the Chief isn't just completely miserable. Tosk seems like a proto-Jem'hadar before they worked out the kinks.

As a someone who was basically raised on TNG, I find all of Picard S3, and the enjoyment thereof, baffling. I realize it's better than S2, but S2 is so fucking awful that it becomes a low bar.

Our current VERY LONG 5E game is wrapping up, and I've thought about trying to run even a short session of something, but I can't focus on it. I started developing several settings on RPG.net, and keep failing to get back to them. There's games and skills I'd like to learn. And I just. Can't. Focus.

Latest folding laundry rewatch was Star Trek IV. It's fun, but I can't say I gained any new insights or appreciation. The premise is silly, but it's a good time.

In theory, I would go to Star Trek V, which I haven't seen since it was in the theaters; I'm not sure I have the fortitude for it.

That's certainly fair. I love me some SG-1. (And I kinda enjoyed original BSG, but I was a child whenever I saw it, so my standards were pretty low).
