I tried to play for the event rewards and I RARELY got players anywhere near my hours. Not only un-winnable but in-playable.

It’s issues in so many multiple levels: the lack of Switch update. The lack of Switch crossplay. The lack of communication. The lack of doing anything WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

EXACTLY. We paid the same as other players. We expect to be able to play the game we paid for. I was even fine with the “2day” lapse, even though other games didn’t, until it became ridiculously longer

Honestly, the absolute LEAST they could do at this point is give us a free base game on another platform we choose and any Nintendo DLC we bought that won’t transfer. Even though many aren’t able to play other than on Switch.

And adding to that NO compensation for all that extra time and no communication when their livestream said “28th at the latest” but that never happened just feels disrespectful and dismissive.

It’s REALLY discouraging. I was okay with the initial “2 day delay” announcement, even though they could’ve done better, but the vast majority of October, during their major event was no crossplay and unplayable on Switch with zero communicating from them.
