99%. Even the detention centers that exist or will be built are scams. For profit prisons are scams. They make money off of incarcerating people and keeping them there, they do not care if it is legitimate or not.

Not to mention that the employees he was so upset got hired away were all, by his own admission, young women working in his spa. Including one who was 17 and sued for sexual assault.

ICE agents get paid bonuses for each detainee, detainment centers get paid daily for detainees. There is no accountability for “mistakes”, intentional or not, everyone still gets paid. This is “For Profit Authoritarianism”.

OMG that high rising terminal (upspeak) drives me crazy, it was like some viral infection from SoCal back in the 80’s and just never went away. If you’re encountering a video with that inflection it almost certainly was produced in LA, particularly the San Fernando Valley.
