Well, that's just not the case. I said that the SCOTUS ruling was only for Trump and no one else and as we see the DoJ has not stopped on the Insurrection participants. Jack Smith may have 'delayed' the case against Trump but not the others involved.

He did not drop charges against Waltine Nauta or Carlos De Oliveira either.
