Just got back from winning the whole olympics. They said “Jim, you’re the best at winter” and then gave me a gold medal and told me I could take home as much pasta as I wanted as long as I left. I guess to give the other athletes a chance.

4 weeks with the puppy as of today. Once I had my initial freakout it got a lot better and now we’re best buds (contingent on her sleeping 20 hours per day) and I can’t imagine not having her around now. Feels like she’s been here forever.

That was in a really cool nature park about 5 minutes from my house that has a few miles of trails and weird makeshift art pieces like that and learning stations for kids scattered throughout it. Corbett’s Glenn. Going back there a lot. Sophie was in heaven.
