Totes obvious, borderline offensively obvious point, but you have made a will, yes? So the stuff goes to who you want it to send not down the intestacy lines

(Especially vital for those who are not married to the person they want to leave it all to - they get zilch if there's no will)

I'm seldom up to big thoughts at this time myself but now I'm having to think (again) about Wagner who is the acid test of this for me. Love the art, hate the artist... Just been to the Ring Cycle: at least that gives you plenty of time to ponder it all I suppose
