Yo what decompiler is this?

ChaseChase is so unknown it only has a Japanese wiki lol. These games (and a few others) use an old server software called MPS to control games, and MPS has been reversed. However, all these games have different login protocols we are working on reversing.

I'm working as a translator for Spectral Tower for PS1 and I'm working with a couple people on reversing the server software for Tokimeki Memorial Online and a game called ChaseChase.

I have most of the text extracted, some of the graphics extracted, and I have insertion working for dialog scripts, menus, character names, items, new font, etc but I haven't done much translation yet. I'm working pretty slowly because I'm doing other projects rn, but hacking is like 60% done ig.

The coders of this game had to made this project using Micro$oft Windoze, and the fucking instablity of Explorer. They also had to code on COMPAK bulshit computers.

Yep! I'm working on it pretty slowly as a side thing, but when I'm done I will release it. No ETA currently, but I'd say I'm mostly done with the hacking aside from a few bugs I need to work out.

FYI I am still working on naruto but it's more of a slow burn now. I'm a part of a few projects now + work/life stuff is taking up my time.

The good news is that I am now more cracked because of these other projects and confident I can fix some bugs that were stopping me lol.

2025 was the year man

・turned 30
・joined a romhacking proj, started my own
・lined up interviews to move to japan then canceled them last min (lol)
・bought an aircon (huge)
・started playing jrpgs again

This year was rough but it was the first time I felt alive in a while.

buying air conditioner changed my life..
