DOJ keeps lying and losing:

Incredible opinion. It holds that the common ICE tactic of jumping out of an unidentified rental vehicle and seizing suspected noncitizens while masked violates the Fourth Amendment because the *manner* of the seizure is incompatible with a free society governed by the rule of law.

The level of anger normal Minnesota people have at their elected representatives is palpable. It's not about party, but the perceived failure of local/state electeds to do anything of substance to protect residents who pay their taxes and get left facing off alone against masked, armed men.

The issue of what exactly happened with respect to schools between March 2020 and June 2021 is quickly being vaulted into mythology. In actuality, it unfolded in stages that varied wildly between school districts across the US.

It's too late, I think, to ground it in facts now -- but we should try.
