🚨 This is inexplicable news to share. If in Alberta and you want flu and covid shots for NEXT year (2026-2027), you have only until December 15 of THIS year to order them.

This is not incompetence. It’s a deliberate choice to prevent as many people ..

I get that. I am very sensitive to texture so I’m often picky about fabrics. Bamboo is one that doesn’t usually hurt my brain when I’m stressed.

It’s true, this goat held on for 25 km. I was glad I had one in my pannier bag for it!

Well that is my thought.. I could sneak in with my regular bike but the UA would go into traffic.

Also at the front of the photo I thought that was a drainage path at first, not a bike path.

I’m so confused- do we sneak in between those posts or are we being pushed into traffic?

Google Maps needs a “least aggressive” route option. I’m not afraid of driving or speed, but there are certain intersections I avoid because people aggressive assholes.

Probably more than I should admit, I’ve often thought I would be absolutely awful at painting lines on the road.

I had no idea that 10am -2pm was prime dog fighting hour.

I found that as soon as friends started thinking about children they started looking at homes in the suburbs. When I was pregnant with my twins the amount of people who asked when we were moving got quite annoying. People couldn’t understand that we were planning on staying in our inner city condo.

Are they basing the new vaccine on waves in other parts of the world like they do with the flu vaccine? I wonder if they need to adjust that to a Covid schedule?

I feel like I hate this idea.

I really hope they change the children under 12 online booking but I know they won’t make it easy on us. My household is stage 2 so we are patiently waiting to be able to book appointments.

We made it out for one last 2025 BVP ride. The 7s (they are 7 now!!) did spectacular as always and used their birthday money to purchase Johnston Canyon goats. 6 hours, 50 km, a few tears, lots of smiles, and now an exhausted family.
