It's difficult. Reform not winning is more important than Labour (or Green) winning, so vote Green. HOWEVER a Green win weakens Labour even more for other contests and makes Reform position stronger. BUT Reform win makes Labour draw wrong conclusions again. What a zugzwang mess they've got into.
