22.04.2025 21:56 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Enjoyed this paper on engineering AAVs to deliver proteins rather than DNA! Interestingly, the authors found that some proteins package spontaneously, while others need a nanobody inside of the AAV capsid - possibly due to varying subcellular localizations of proteins.
