ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.”

What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.

ICE must be abolished to protect the integrity of the Republic.

Political and moral debates are the same thing. Thinking that political stances are separate from morality is part of how we got here. Putting Republicans in power has been an immoral act for decades.

I had a call from an AI where it asked me at least 3 times that my degree was. Obviously this was on my resume, but also it inspired zero confidence that the robot had to repeat the damn question so many times.

The focus is always early screening, when there's a surplus of potential compounds and targets. We don't need AI to select more targets. We need money to set up manufacturing processes and analytical methods, FDA regulators to review applications, and trustworthy people to recruit patients.

This is a side point but I find it odd how often I see tech CEOs try to argue that AI will help with drug development. They ignore that the most expensive part is the clinical trials. AI cannot set up and run a clinical study.
