#SCOTUS upholding the ACA preventative care mandates is great and also terrifying about the power to the HHS Sec, now that science and facts are apparently politically motivated when you just don’t like them.

One frustrating aspect of these types of medications is how insurance covers them: medical benefit (for many) versus pharmacy benefit (like the pills). If a clinic doesn’t have the medical billing for a provider administered drug it just really isnt doable.

Mixed emotion day: Happy about twice a year PrEP and disappointed/angry at SCOTUS decision in Skrmetti. The continued trend of politicizing healthcare and certain treatments/procedures/therapies will be a new impacting factor of zip code’s influence on overall health.
