A proposed congressional redistricting for Texas' 38 seats.

A list of the electoral breakdown of each of the drawn districts. For districts 1-15, I have cracked and packed GOP strongholds to give Dems 11 seats.

For seats 16-32, I have drawn lines such that Dems would have 10 out of the 15 seats. Republicans have been packed into districts that are very red.

Screenshot continues from previous, this time showing seats 25-38. Ignoring those accounted for in the prior screenshot, the districts have been drawn so that Dems win two out of the six listed, but with GOP districts drawn to have a significant numbers of wasted votes.

If the TX GOP insists on redistricting, I would like to know where I can submit my map. For Texas's 38 Congressional districts, my map provides for 23 Democrat seats and 15 Republican seats.
It's compact, contiguous, and has a max population deviation of .84%.
