Genuinely makes me want to scream.

The most infuriating thing about the Google AI search results is when I make a typo and it writes an essay on how my typo makes no sense.

I just screen shot it and put it into google lens

I also like how the post before that seems like a straw man of what antizionist are like. Like the fact that they somehow wrote that and went “I look like the good one in this conversation” is hilarious

Or even more egregiously, "has sexual feelings about people under the age of 18" is lower than "most attracted to people under the age of 18".

"40% of men who think the most attractive age is under 18 don't have sexual feelings for people under 18" just does not make sense.

Also "more people would have sex with 12-14 year olds than are sexually attracted to people under the age of 18" just does not pass the sniff test.

Or all those middle aged women talking about how hot they found the stranger things kids.

To be fair, the body text is the same from a real article, they just changed the photo and title to be inflammatory

Another example is Tiki Masala, which was broadly popular in the west before other more traditional Indian food was.

Not to say those styles are “better”, just that they’re more popular with people who didn’t traditional eat those foods.

There’s a the large New York style bagel is more popular around the world than the traditional smaller style.

I also think that israel being more diverse when hummus was becoming common there meant the style of hummus that became popular had a broader international appeal.

In the same way that Ashkenazi foods popularized in America have a broader appeal than the version eaten in Eastern Europe.

It kind of makes sense that I, someone from the English speaking western world, would retain more of those linguistic-cultural associations from Latin than Hebrew, but it’s still surprising to me that it’s noticeable.

Something interesting I noticed is that in general I find Spanish gender to be far more intuitive than Hebrew gender.

The one that gets me is hummus. Like israeli-style hummus is simultaneously identical to all other types of hummus and also uniquely terrible.

Or even worse, the recipes where they start by complaining about how bad Israeli-style hummus is, and the proceed to use a food processor.

What about oral?

Yeah, which is a nonsense claim made by people whose first principles on the issue are about hating jewish instead of supporting human rights.

“Immigrants brought the food they traditional ate and modified it to become popular in their new country” is not some act of evil.
