Yes! We’ve taken Amtrak with bikes to Portland, and then crossed the bridge by bike to get to the waterfront trail

Corporate interests have consistently opposed social housing in Seattle. I not only helped campaign and voted for Prop 1A, but I will continue to fight for the full implementation of social housing in Seattle as a member of the City Council. #GiveAFack

03.06.2025 22:46 — 👍 7 🔁 4 💬 0 📌 3The race for Seattle City Council in District 3, vacated by retiring council member Kshama Sawant, features two candidates with progressive values. Alex Hudson brings extensive policy experience working on housing, transit, and transportation issues across the region, while Hollingsworth has deep roots in District 3 and would be a strong advocate for her community. With at least four new members on the City Council next year, we believe Hudson's extensive knowledge and experience with Seattle's top policy challenges would be a particularly valuable addition. We recommend Hudson because of her significantly broader endorsements and policymaking background.
You labelled Hollingsworth “progressive”. Once elected, she tried to repeal the minimum wage for tipped workers and voted to defund affordable housing by $200M/year to keep taxes low for Amazon. Fuse has work to do before being a trusted guide for Seattle elections.
