Ah, now drug/alcohol use I *have* seen... If that was counts of substance use rather than violence that would track much better to my lived experience... of course it still might just be I don't take certain routes or at certain times and just don't see it; that's why I was curious about the data

Very interesting to hear that 40/day stat. I ride multiple lines a day, multiple times a day, for nearly 2 hours a day... yet I've never witnessed any violence. I'd be intrigued to see the data to try and suss out why my personal experience doesn't seem to match the data
